4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All service charges, application fees, and government fees must be paid as per the agreed terms before submission of applications.

• Fees paid to Gravity Visa are for consultancy and support services only, and are non-refundable once services are initiated.

• Government or embassy charges are separate and non-refundable under all circumstances.
